Prices are displayed in GBP (£), EUR (€), or USD ($). Payments are securely processed through Stripe and may include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your payment details. Currency conversion fees may apply based on your location and payment provider.

8. Condition of Sale (U.S. & International)
8.1 U.S. Sales Terms
Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for customers in the United States. To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included. Items returned incomplete or showing signs of wear may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be refused. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Warranty: All SYC and Musilia cases sold in the U.S. are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or any damage to instruments stored in the case. Warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase and supporting photos. SYC reserves the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Shipping: Ground shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All shipments include tracking, and some may require a signature upon delivery. Expedited shipping is available by request and may incur additional charges.
8.2 International Sales Terms
Returns: International orders are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories. Incomplete returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or import duties. We recommend choosing a trackable and insured carrier.
Shipping: International shipments are fulfilled via DHL or UPS. Duties, taxes, and fees are calculated at checkout where applicable. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. SYC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate shipping information or customs clearance.
Cancellation: Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please email info@syccase.co.uk with your name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Warranty: All international sales are covered by the same 2-year limited warranty as U.S. orders. This includes manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, heat exposure, impact, or wear is not covered. After the warranty period, repair services may be offered at a minimal cost, excluding shipping. Customers are responsible for warranty shipping charges unless otherwise arranged.

SYC strongly recommends customers insure their cases as part of their instrument protection plan. We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.1 Taxes and Duties
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country or region. Prices displayed on our website include taxes for UK-based customers but do not include VAT, GST, or import fees for international buyers unless specified at checkout.
9.2 Force Majeure
SYC Carbon Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply shortages, pandemics, or acts of government.
9.3 User-Generated Content
If you submit any reviews, testimonials, images, or other content to our website or social media, you grant SYC Carbon Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content in our marketing and promotional materials.
9.4 Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any concerns through direct communication. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, United Kingdom.
